115 pound Power clean, 5 reps (substitute for 145 pounds)
10 Toes to rings (substitute for Toes to bar)
15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball, 10 foot target
Completed 7 rounds plus 5 Power cleans and 10 Toes to bar
