Warmup: run 1.7 miles to Quince Orchard High school track
then
Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Times: 3:04, 3:03, 2:59 - this is way faster than I thought I would be able to do 800's
Cooldown: Run 1.7 miles back to work
