Crossfit WOD:
Morning WOD outside (10 degrees outside!):
Power clean 5-5-5-5-5 (165, 165, 155, 155, 145)
Until I get better at heavy squat cleans, this was my last WOD doing heavy power cleans.
Afternoon:
5 rounds for time:
185 pound deadlift, 10 reps
150 jumprope (instead of 50 double unders)
