35lb dumbbell thrusters, 9 reps
15 foot Rope climb (substituted 15 rope pull downs at 90lbs instead)

completed 8 rounds plus 5 thrusters

then 5 min rest followed by:

5 min AMRAP 24" box jumps: completed 87 reps
