1 mile run with 20lb weighted vest: 9:00
then
"Helen"
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
21 sumo deadlift high pulls (65lbs) (instead of 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings)
12 Pull-ups
Time: 11:18
