Strength:

95, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135

Metcon:

95 pound sumo deadlift high pull
95 pound overhead squat

Time: 9:03

Feeling wiped, still sick.

Afternoon: Kayak attainment from Anglers to just below Wet Bottom in Dagger Green Boat. Level was 5.4. Tough attainment! 70 minutes of paddling.
