30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood (sub for 2 pood)
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 30 pound dumbbells (sub for 35 pound dumbbells)
25 Good Mornings with 25 pound plate (sub for Back extensions)
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
20 Strict Pullups (sub for 3 Rope climb ascents)
