Took a few weeks off from recording my kayaking and Crossfit workouts...now back at it:

30 Wallball Shots, 20 pound ball
30 Hang power cleans, 75 pounds
30 Box jumps, 24 inch box
30 Kettlebell Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 55 pounds
30 sit ups
30 Burpees
30 Push Press, 75 pounds
30 KB swings, 55 pounds
30 pushups
Run 800m
